Whatever the reason you need to return a purchase, we are able to offer a product exchange, or provide in-store credit that is redeemable within 1 year. If you want your money back, you are subject to 20% restocking fee. On special orders, there is a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. On some special orders there is no returns.
